Samuel
J. Accardo, Jr. is owner and managing member of Accardo Law Firm, L.L.C.
He was born 1968 in New Orleans, Louisiana. He is married to Jennifer
Jandura Accardo and they are the parents of two children, Samuel, III and Matthew. He is a lifelong resident of the River Parishes
where he graduated from St. Charles Catholic High School.
Sammy earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Louisiana State University in
1991 and J.D. Degree in 1995.
Sammy
is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the
American Bar Association and the 40th Judicial District Bar.
He is licensed to practice law in all local and state district courts of
Louisiana and is also admitted to the Federal Courts for the Eastern, Middle and
Western Districts. Sammy is a licensed title agent for Commonwealth Title Insurance
Company and is an authorized closing attorney for Union Planters Bank, First
National Bank USA, Chase Mortgage, and various other lenders and mortgage companies. He is a certified instructor of business law and contracts at Louisiana Technical College.

General Tort Law, Contract Disputes, Insurance Defense, Wills and Probate,
Property Disputes, Breach of Building Contracts and Defects,
and Real Estate Law.
Joseph
Accardo,Jr.
Joseph
Accardo,Jr. is “of counsel” to Accardo Law Firm, L.L.C . He is not currently
in active practice with the firm.
Joe
was born 1938 in St. James Parish, Louisiana and is a lifelong resident of the
River Parishes. He has been married for over 34 years to Catherine Simoneaux
Accardo and they are the parents of three children, Aimee, Joseph, III and
Justin.
Joe Accardo graduated from Lutcher High School and served in the U.S.
Army where he was honorably discharged before obtaining his B.S. Degree
and J.D. in 1965 from Louisiana State University. He served in the
Louisiana State House of Representatives beginning in 1972 where he was
chairman of various house committees. Joe retired from service in the
Louisiana House of Representatives in January of 1996. He was a managing
partner in the Law Firm of Accardo, Edrington & Golden until 1998 when
he accepted a position as in house counsel for the Port of South
Louisiana. He was eventually appointed Executive Director of the Port
where he is serving the remainder of his appointment.
